Nelson Mandela pernah berkata bahwa pendidikan adalah senjata yang paling ampuh untuk mengubah dunia. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat urgen dalam menata peradaban suatu bangsa. Dalam dunia pendidikan, ada tiga lingkungan pendidikan yaitu keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Ketiga lingkungan tersebut memiliki peran masing – masing, namun tetap pada tujuan yang sama yaitu menciptakan generasi cerdas dan berkarakter.
